The Technologies Division of TNSA is dedicated to developing and integrating innovative solutions that enhance safety, security, and preparedness across Texas. Our focus will be on leveraging cutting-edge tools such as artificial intelligence, unmanned aerial systems, and automated dispatch platforms to support both private clients and law enforcement partners. By combining advanced technology with our security expertise, this division will serve as the backbone of TNSA’s future products and services — driving progress, efficiency, and reliability in an ever-evolving security landscape.

Across Texas, public safety agencies rely on Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) systems — but with staffing shortages and increasing demands, dispatchers are often overworked and stretched thin. TNSA’s Technologies Division is developing what we call AI_CAD, our flagship product designed to transform how dispatch is managed. Unlike traditional CAD systems, AI_CAD will introduce comprehensive automated dispatch capabilities. This advanced platform will assist human operators by interpreting radio traffic, dispatching officers and drones, and generating comprehensive case reports — enabling a single dispatcher to manage workloads that previously required several.
