President of TNSA

Kalin Adams

Kalin is a security and emergency management professional dedicated to strengthening partnerships between private security and law enforcement. A graduate of Texas State University with a focus in Criminal Justice, he brings more than a decade of experience leading safety operations and building effective teams. Throughout his career, Kalin has participated in high-profile operations, implemented advanced technology solutions, and built teams committed to excellence, innovation, and community protection.

Joey is a dedicated law enforcement professional from the Houston area with a strong commitment to public safety. At TNSA, he applies his background to advancing partnerships between security and law enforcement, ensuring our initiatives align with real-world policing needs. Outside of work, Joey values time with family and friends and maintains a strong focus on health and fitness. His balanced approach to service, wellness, and leadership supports TNSA’s mission of building safer, more resilient communities.
